“Life is not a ‘brief candle.’ It is a splendid torch that I want to make burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.”—George Bernard Shaw

It is not easy to talk about death and dying. But avoiding the topic leaves many families unprepared for complicated end-of-life care decisions. This year's RSVP Workshop Series will familiarize you with the various options and resources available to address these difficult choices.

DAY 1:    Monday, October 10th 10AM-1PM, Harry West Conference Room, Atlanta Regional Commission, 40 Courtland St. NE, Atlanta, GA 30303

Screening of the PBS Frontline documentary, "Being Mortal," followed by a discussion facilitated by Dr. Adrienne Mims, Chief Medical Officer, Alliant Health Care GMFC

DAY 2:   Thursday, October 13th 10AM to 3PM, St. Luke’s Episcopalian Church, 435 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308

Workshop will feature esteemed speakers who will discuss health directives, legal concerns, financial issues, housing transition and funeral planning
